Hours: 37 hours per week

Omagh Women’s Aid is recruiting a senior manager to lead the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a new managerial challenge in the third sector.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational management of OWA. Key areas of work include, ensuring a high standard of care and support for women and children experiencing domestic and/or sexual violence and that the needs of women and children are raised at all levels.

Essential criteria includes:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. health & social care, law, social policy, business)
  • Experience of working at and managing projects at a senior level
  • Proven track record of networking and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partner agencies
